Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use ODDSLENS -- the website, the live board, our Telegram channels and bots, and any add-ons. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Who can use ODDSLENS

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to bet where you live. You're responsible for following the laws that apply to you and the rules of every bookmaker you use.

2. What we provide

ODDSLENS is an information service. We compare odds published by bookmakers and show you price differences ("signals") together with suggested stakes. We don't place bets for you, we don't hold your money and we never access your bookmaker accounts.

Odds change constantly. A signal can disappear or change before you act on it, and the information we show can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We don't guarantee any profit or any particular result.

3. Your betting is your responsibility

Every bet is your own decision. Arbitrage betting carries real risks, including: odds moving between your bets, bets being voided or settled differently by a bookmaker, stake limits, and bookmakers restricting or closing accounts. Always check the odds on the bookmaker's own site before you confirm a bet, and only stake money you can afford to have tied up. Nothing on ODDSLENS is financial advice.

4. Your account

Keep your password private and your email address up to date -- we use it for receipts, renewals and password resets. One account is for one person; don't share it or resell access. You're responsible for activity on your account.

5. Plans and payment

Plans are paid in advance in Nigerian naira through our payment provider, Flutterwave. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases. Plans don't renew automatically; when a plan ends, your access ends unless you buy another.

Because access starts as soon as payment is confirmed, payments are generally non-refundable. If a fault on our side stops you from using the service for a significant part of your plan, contact us and we'll put it right -- usually by extending your plan, or with a refund where that's fairer or required by law.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't: copy, resell or republish our signals (except through Channel Connect, below); scrape or automate access to the site; try to break, overload or get around the security of the service; or use ODDSLENS for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

7. Refer & earn

If you refer someone through your link, you earn the percentage shown on your Refer & earn page of the payments they make in their first 12 months. Earnings are paid by bank transfer once you reach the minimum payout. Referring yourself, fake accounts and other abuse aren't allowed -- we may cancel earnings that come from them. We may change the referral terms for the future; earnings already credited stay yours.

8. Channel Connect

Channel Connect lets you post our signals in your own Telegram channel while your add-on is active. You're responsible for your channel and what else you post there, and for following Telegram's rules. Signals keep the "Powered by ODDSLENS" footer. We may pause a channel that breaks these terms or Telegram's rules.

9. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the service running, but it can be interrupted -- for example by maintenance, bookmaker changes or outages outside our control. We may add, change or remove features, bookmakers or markets over time.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ODDSLENS isn't liable for betting losses, lost profits, bookmaker decisions, or any indirect loss. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using ODDSLENS at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make an important change we'll tell you by email or on the site. Using ODDSLENS after a change means you accept the new terms.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
